Stars and Wheels

Saturday, February 27th, 2010 by Dickey Eason

Did you know that it wasn’t until the 1920s that an astronomer, Cecilia Payne, went against prevailing orthodoxy and said that stars do not have the same elemental composition as earth? At first she was ignored of course, partly because of being a female and partly just the normal resistance to anything new. But eventually the new theory stuck because the evidence was overwhelming. Of course anyone could have looked at the sun and seen a very discernible difference. The earth is not glowing hot.

Sometimes the truth is staring us right in the face but we are too busy trying to fit into the prevailing paradigm to see it. After the authenticity becomes apparent, everyone says: “Well, of course–what else could it be?”

The wheel is only 5,000 years old though this particular species has been here for 130,000 years–and this species has always been very smart. Why did it take so long to “see” the wheel? The paradigm worked fine without it–it wasn’t needed. When it became needed, it was invented.

Totality

Friday, February 26th, 2010 by Dickey Eason

The IMPACTS concept shows that everything is following the exact same model, and that is the model of a machine and fuel. History, business, countries, science, art and culture, human beings, the human brain–all are machines and all need fuel in order to function.

The concept doesn’t have to be seen in its totality–it is useful even when  applied to only one area of human activity. But once you understand how it applies to one area of life, you will understand how it applies to all of life–including our government or any government. You will quickly discover what is really going on in the world and it is not a pretty picture–but you already knew that.

People ignore the true dynamics at their own peril. We cannot turn our eyes away from the truth–if we expect to improve the world. We have to actually see how it works and then do something about it. It won’t just happen.

The Great Recession

Thursday, February 25th, 2010 by Dickey Eason

Once again, the people on the street - us - have been duped by the SN guys, or “leaders”. Did you ever think we would see something resembling a repeat of 1929? I didn’t. And certainly the SN “leaders” didn’t. Millions upon millions of people have been severely injured economically and in every other way by the horrible turn of events of the past 2 years.

So what has this taught us? The lesson is that we cannot rely on information from others no matter who it is. We cannot survive on assumptions. What else is being offered and assumed as truth that has very loose underpinnings?

Untruths create a lot of problems—we need a model that more accurately states what is happening in all aspects of our lives. The nucleus of society, the SN, breaks up concentrated energy, and therefore makes “true reality” difficult to see. That’s why change comes from the periphery where the view is clearer.

The IMPACTS concept has a much clearer view of what is really going on–in my opinion. The “leaders” of society do not want you to see it because the power of society actually exists among the IMPACTS who are usually not part of the SN. They are the ones who create and produce–they provide the fuel for society. And the SN has to have this fuel or it cannot function.

The San Tribe

Saturday, February 13th, 2010 by Dickey Eason

Have you ever heard of the San tribe of Africa? The San are the oldest modern human group. Though at one time numbering in the millions, there are now only 50,000-100,000 remaining, and most of these reside in the Kalahari Desert in southwestern Africa.

I have done copious research on the San and on the spread of human beings around the world after the exodus from Africa of a small group 60,000-80,000 years ago. That group, according to my research, was clearly a San group. But I have never read anything from anyone that came to the same conclusion. Honestly, it is so obvious that a third-grader could see it immediately if shown the facts.

Why don’t we know about it? Why isn’t it common knowledge? Why isn’t it in every book about the history of human beings? Because when an SN forms, or a structural-nucleus, that nucleus starts breaking up concentrated energy and “re-writing” reality. We see it everyday around the world.

If it were acknowledged that we are all derived from the San, that might create a community feel across the globe. A nucleus or SN does not want that–it wants all energy flowing to it, the “center”.

If thousands upon thousands of anthropologists and archaeologists cannot see this most basic simple fact, what else is being missed, not only in this field but across the board? How much of our reality is based on “the real stuff” and how much is based on falsehoods that serve the current paradigm and its leaders?

Everything is a machine, and the machine refines the fuel that it can use–or else it stops functioning. The SN machine cannot function without acceptance of its version of what is going on. If another version takes hold, the SN machine is in danger of collapse. We see it throughout history.

The “good stuff” about modern humans is based on the San tribe–the bad stuff came after the development of agriculture, which began about 10,000 years ago.

Why Politics?

Monday, February 1st, 2010 by Dickey Eason

Some people have lamented the fact that I have interjected politics into the IMPACTS concept. Actually, you can’t explain how the world - and people - work without approaching politics. Politics makes most people uncomfortable because it is showmanship and duplicity–and these unattractive qualities unfortunately run the world.

Politics is a relatively recent invention–it came in with agriculture. That’s one reason why IMPACTS generally don’t mesh well with politics–the IMPACTS personality profile formed during the San tribe development in Africa starting over 100,000 years ago.  But if we are going to improve the world, we have to find a way to change politics–not an easy task.
